At American Star Diamond We Promise Our Customers a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee
American Star Diamond is proud to serve their customers with beautiful jewelry at a very low price. We are sure that most of our customers are satisfied with the quality and the price of their jewelry. However, we offer our customers 15- day money back guarantee on any item that has not been on the specials. Please read further to learn the conditions and information on sending us your returns.
 
Return and Exchange Policy
American Star Diamond is certain that you will be happy with any products purchased from us. In the occasion that you have to return or exchange any of the merchandise you ordered, please read the information below carefully.
 
In order for you to return your product, you are first required to obtain a return authorization number. Please call 1-877-575-1394, or you may email us at sales@americanstardiamond.com to obtain this number. A return authorization number must be obtained within 15 days of receiving the product. It is very important for you to note that once American Star Diamond receives the returned products, these products are processed to make sure that it has not been used, it does not have scratches and that it has not been altered in any way. The original price tags should still be in place in order for us to accept your return. Also, please make sure that you return the item with the return authorization form and with a copy of the receipt. We will be unable to accept any returns that do not have all the proper required documents that were sent with the item and the original packaging that product was packaged in. American Star Diamond provides you with 24 hours from the time the order to cancel your order. After 24 hours, the orders will be refunded minus the restocking fee.
 
In the event that you want to exchange, you will receive 100% credit.
 
Special items include all the items that are bought from the specials page. These items cannot be returned. All other returns will be subject to a refund less shipping and any sizing fees. We do reserve the right to refuse any order.
 
For the safety of our customers, we require the shipping address to match the billing address for your credit card. Please note, if your shipping address is different then the billing address on your credit card, you will have to add the shipping address as a secondary address on your credit card in order for us to mail you your order. We try to call the credit card companies to verify each and every order to make sure that the addresses match.
 
At American Star Diamond we only use UPS or FedEx to send all our merchandise. This merchandise is fully insured by our carriers. When you purchase anything from American Star Diamond, you agree that in a circumstance where your shipment is lost or damaged, you take the responsibility of filing an insurance claim with the carrier. Also, you agree not to do a chargeback on your credit card instead of filing an insurance claim.
 
At American Star Diamond we strive for good service and quality, however, in the event that you receive incorrect merchandise, you must contact our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. When American Star Diamond issues a refund, it will be in the original form of payment.
